Beef Pizza with Mozzarella Cheese
Ingredients
Dough:
- 350 grams all-purpose flour
- 170 ml warm water
- 40 ml oil
- 5 grams yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Topping:
- La Fonte Bolognese Sauce
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- Pronas beef corned
- Champ beef sausage
- Bell pepper, diced
- Mozzarella cheese, grated
- Oil for sautéing

Prepare the Dough:
- Combine all the dough ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Knead the mixture until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for approximately 30 minutes to rise.

Prepare the Topping:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Sauté the chopped onion until it becomes translucent.
- Add the Bolognese sauce and beef corned, mixing well. Cook until it is half-done, taking care not to overcook. Set aside.

Assemble the Pizza:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Shape the dough into your preferred pizza shape and thickness.
- Spread the prepared Bolognese sauce mixture evenly over the dough.
- Arrange the diced bell peppers and sliced beef sausage on top.
- Generously sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over the toppings.

Bake the Pizza:
- Place the pizza in the preheated oven.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Note that baking time may vary depending on your oven.

- Remove the pizza from the oven.
