- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
- 1 teaspoon Salt

Preparation Time: 60 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, combine all the dough ingredients. Gradually add warm water to form a smooth, supple dough.
- Grease the bowl, place the dough in it, cover, and allow it to rise for 1 to 2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
- Once the dough has risen, transfer it to a work surface, knead for a few seconds, and divide it into six equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a round ball and place them on a greased baking sheet. Let the dough rest for another 30 minutes to rise.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Using scissors, cut a shallow 1/4 inch cross on top of each roll to create the classic Kaiser roll shape.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the rolls have a golden brown crust.
- Remove the rolls from the oven and transfer them to a wire rack to cool.
- Serve these Muesli Chia Seeds Kaiser Rolls with a bowl of creamy soup for a comforting meal.
