Ingredients:
- 500g wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
- 100g mung dal (yellow lentils), soaked for 5-6 hours
- 1/2 tsp kala jeera (black cumin)
- Salt, to taste
- Red chilies, to taste
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 cup ghee (clarified butter)
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Water, as needed for kneading

Instructions:

| 1. | Soak mung dal in water for 5-6 hours until softened. | 
| 2. | In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, soaked mung dal, salt, red chilies, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves, ajwain, kala jeera, and 2 tbsp of ghee. Mix well. | 
| 3. | Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a soft dough. | 
| 4. | Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into balls. | 
| 5. | Heat a griddle or tawa over medium heat. | 
| 6. | Take one dough ball and roll it out into a circular shape (paratha) using a rolling pin. | 
| 7. | Place the rolled paratha onto the hot griddle and cook for a minute. | 
| 8. | Flip the paratha and spread some ghee on the cooked side. | 
| 9. | Cook until both sides are golden brown and crisp, pressing lightly with a spatula. | 
| 10. | Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls to make more parathas. | 
| 11. | Serve hot Dal Ke Paranthe with a side of Sabz-e-Sangar for a delightful meal. Enjoy! |
