🍽️ Recipe Instructions:

  1. Begin by boiling the potatoes whole in their skins for approximately 20 minutes until tender.
  2. Meanwhile, boil the eggs for about 10 minutes until hard-boiled.
  3. While the potatoes, eggs, and water are boiling, wash and dry the iceberg lettuce. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and arrange it in the base of a large salad bowl.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into segments, about eighths, and set them aside.
  5. Prepare the green beans by topping and tailing them, then cutting them into inch lengths. Place them in a separate bowl.
  6. Once the water is boiling, pour it over the green beans and let them sit for two minutes. Then, drain and refresh them in cold water.
  7. Once the eggs are boiled, peel them and cut them into quarters.
  8. Drain the tuna and break it into bite-sized chunks.
  9. When the potatoes are cooked, drain them and halve them. Place them in the salad bowl on top of the lettuce.
  10. Follow the potatoes with the green beans, tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, kalamata olives, and tuna. Arrange them neatly on top of the potatoes, but do not toss the salad.
  11. Just before serving, add generous dollops of mayonnaise over the salad.
  12. Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious blend of flavors and textures in this Tuna Nicoise Salad.

This vibrant salad is not just a feast for the eyes but also a burst of flavors and nutrients. It’s a complete meal that’s quick to prepare and perfect for any occasion, whether you’re dining solo or entertaining guests. Enjoy the harmony of fresh ingredients and creamy dressing in every mouthful!
