- Dry roast poha, barnyard millet, almonds, and cashew nuts separately in a cast iron pan. Let them cool completely.
- In a mixer, grind poha and barnyard millet into a fine powder. Add the roasted nuts and pulse until they are coarsely ground.
- Add jaggery and melted dark chocolate to the mixture, then pulse again until the ingredients come together as a dough-like consistency.
- Transfer the mixture into a tart pan with a removable bottom, pressing it down tightly. Wrap with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

- In a bowl, whisk together hung curd and cream cheese until soft and fluffy.
- Add the pureed strawberries and sugar to the cheese mixture, and whisk until smooth and well combined.
