  • 2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lemon, rind of
  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 1 cup raisins
