Instructions

Prepare the Sponge:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and brown sugar for about 2 minutes using an electric whisk. Add a pinch of salt and continue whisking.
- Slowly pour in the melted butter (make sure it’s not too hot), and mix until everything is well combined.
- Stir in the yogurt until smooth.

- Sift in the flour and baking powder to the mixture. Scrape the seeds from the vanilla pod and add them to the batter.
