Instructions

  1. Prepare the Nougat Cream:
    Start by chopping the white nougat into small, coarse pieces. This will help it blend more easily into the cream mixture.

  2. Mix the Ingredients:
    In a large bowl, combine the fresh cream cheese with the chopped nougat. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and homogenous. Continue mixing until the nougat is completely incorporated into the cream, with no lumps remaining.

  3. Set the Cream in the Fridge:
    Transfer the nougat cream into a piping bag fitted with a 10mm wide nozzle. Place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour to firm up and allow the flavors to meld.

  4. Prepare the Amaretti Biscuits:
    While the nougat cream rests, crumble the amaretti biscuits into small pieces using your hands or a food processor. Set aside in a bowl for easy assembly.

  5. Assemble the Dessert:
    After the cream has chilled, take six 80g capacity glasses (or small dessert cups). Start by piping about 30g of the nougat cream into the bottom of each glass to create the first layer.

  6. Add Amaretti Crumbs:
    Next, sprinkle a layer of crumbled amaretti biscuits on top of the nougat cream. This will provide a crunchy texture that contrasts beautifully with the smooth cream.

  7. Layer More Nougat Cream:
    Pipe another 30g of nougat cream on top of the amaretti layer to form the second layer. The cream should cover the biscuits entirely.

  8. Top with Nutella®:
    Finally, pipe a generous amount of Nutella® (around 13g per glass) over the top of the cream layer. For best results, place the Nutella® in a piping bag with a smooth 6mm nozzle for easy application.

  9. Chill and Serve:
    Place the assembled glasses in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the layers to set properly. Once chilled, your Bicchierini with Nougat Cream and Nutella® are ready to be served!
