Instructions

  1. Prepare the Baking Pan: Begin by lining a 9″x13″ baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring it hangs over the edges for easy removal later.

  2. Heat the Mixture: In a large saucepan, combine the honey and peanut butter over medium-high heat. Stir frequently as the mixture heats up.

  3. Boil and Combine: Once the mixture comes to a boil, continue to cook for 1 minute while stirring constantly to ensure it doesn’t burn.

  4. Mix in Other Ingredients: Remove the saucepan from the heat, and carefully add the quick oatmeal, dried cranberries, and Grape Nuts. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly coated.

  5. Press into the Pan: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Use a piece of parchment paper to press it down firmly and flatten it out evenly.

  6. Chill and Cut: Place the pan in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until cool. Once set, remove the bars from the pan using the parchment paper and cut into 24 pieces.

Enjoy these Grape Nuts Bars as a nutritious snack or a quick lunch option, perfect for sharing with friends and family!
