  • 1 cup butter, softened

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling:

    • In a small bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon. Stir well and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Cake:

    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Butter and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
  3. Mix the Dry Ingredients:

    • In a large bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  4. Cream the Butter and Sugar:

    • In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Incorporate Sour Cream and Eggs:
