Description
These Pancakes On-The-Go are a hit with my family! They’re quick to make and perfect for busy mornings or anytime you crave a wholesome breakfast. Packed with oats and whole wheat flour, they’re both delicious and nutritious.

Ingredients
- 1 cup white flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/4 cups oats
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2/3 cup canola oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat together eggs, canola oil, and milk until well combined.
- Add all dry ingredients (white flour, whole wheat flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt) to the bowl. Mix until the batter is smooth and all ingredients are incorporated.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat.
