Steamed Ocean Trout or Salmon With Sushi Salad ๐Ÿฃ

Ingredients:

1 cup Sushi rice
1 Carrot
2 tsp Wasabi
2 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp Sugar
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Lebanese cucumber
1/4 cup Pickled ginger

1 sheet Nori seaweed
4 Ocean trout or salmon fillets
