In a pressure cooker, heat oil over medium flame. Once hot, add cumin seeds, grated ginger, and cardamom. Sauté for about 10 seconds or until aromatic. -

Pressure Cook:
Stir everything well, close the cooker lid, and cook on medium heat until you hear 3 whistles. This should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on your cooker. -
Release Pressure and Garnish:
After the pressure has naturally released, open the lid carefully. Give the dish a final stir to ensure all spices and vegetables are well-mixed. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. -
