Description:
These muffins bake up big and beautiful and have a good bit of orange flavor. They make a great presentation when drizzled with softened cream cheese frosting and topped with a single flower.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 10 tbsp butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup freshly grated orange peel
Instructions:

Prepare Muffin Tins:
- Spray muffin tins with Pam.
- Do not use paper liners.

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Dry Ingredients:
- In a bowl, blend flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.

- In a large bowl, mix butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
