This Oats Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Trail Mix is a delightful, healthy snack featuring the perfect balance of flavors and textures. Made with rolled oats, coconut flakes, watermelon seeds, sesame seeds, and a touch of peanut butter and date syrup, it’s roasted to perfection for an irresistibly crunchy and nutty treat. Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Rolled Oats
- ¾ cup Coconut Flakes
- ½ cup Watermelon Seeds
- ⅓ cup Sesame Seeds (Til Seeds)
- ¾ cup Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Date Syrup

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a baking tray, combine the rolled oats, coconut flakes, watermelon seeds, and sesame seeds. Spread them evenly.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through. Once done, remove from the oven and set aside.
- In a small pan, combine the date syrup and peanut butter. Heat over low flame, stirring continuously, until the peanut butter melts and the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the peanut butter-date mixture over the roasted oats and seeds, and stir using a fork to evenly coat the mixture.
- Return the tray to the oven for another 10 minutes of roasting.
- After 10 minutes, remove from the oven and let the trail mix cool completely for about two hours.
- Once cooled, stir in the chocolate chips.
- Serve the trail mix with yogurt or milk for a wholesome breakfast, or enjoy it as a tasty snack!
