Ingredients:
- 8 oz dry linguine or spaghetti
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp dry white wine or water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/8 – 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions:

Cook Pasta:
- Cook pasta according to package directions, preferably al dente (firm to the bite).
- Drain and keep warm.

- In a medium mixing bowl, combine chicken broth, white wine or water, soy sauce, cornstarch, and red pepper.
- Stir in peanut butter until smooth. Set aside.

- Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry with paper towels.
- Cut into 1-inch pieces and set aside.

- In a wok or large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
