Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 6 canned pear halves, drained
Instructions:

Prepare the Crust:
In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, melted butter, and margarine. Press onto the bottom and 1 1/2 inches up the sides of a greased 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. -
Arrange the Pears:
Place pear halves cut side down on the chilled crust. -
Prepare the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth. Add flour and beat until well combined. Add eggs, one at a time, beating on low speed just until combined. Stir in milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until blended. -
