Beef Black Pepper Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of thinly sliced beef (cut against the grain into small cubes)
  • 1 packet Pronas Black Pepper Sauce
  • 5 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 packets Ladaku ground black pepper
  • 5 tablespoons cooking oil

For Sautéing:

  • 2 bell peppers (red and green), diced
  • 1 large onion, cut into thick strips
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed and roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk green onion, roughly sliced

Marinade:

  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Beef: Wash the beef thoroughly and then marinate it with sweet soy sauce and oyster sauce. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.

  2. Cook the Beef: Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan. Add the marinated beef and cook until it turns brown and becomes tender. Once cooked, remove the beef from the pan and set it aside to drain.

  3. Sauté the Vegetables: In the same pan, using the remaining oil, sauté the diced bell peppers, thickly sliced onion, crushed garlic, and finely chopped garlic until the vegetables are fragrant and tender.

  4. Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked beef to the pan with the sautéed vegetables. Pour in the Pronas Black Pepper Sauce, along with the coarsely ground black pepper and Ladaku ground black pepper. Stir well over low heat until the beef is thoroughly cooked and the flavors have melded.

  5. Add Green Onions: Once the beef is cooked and the sauce is well absorbed, add the sliced green onions. Stir to combine.

  6. Serve: Your Beef Black Pepper is ready to enjoy! Serve hot and savor the rich, peppery flavor of this dish.
