Ingredients:
- 500 grams chicken wings, cleaned and set aside
- 350 grams all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 egg white
- Ice-cold water
- For Marinade:
- 6 cloves shallots
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
