  • 24 graham cracker squares
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine

Instructions:

Step Description
1 Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2 Arrange the graham cracker squares in a single layer in an ungreased 15 x 10″ jelly-roll pan.
3 In a 2-quart saucepan, heat the brown sugar and margarine until boiling.
4 Allow the mixture to boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
5 Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
6 Pour the sugar mixture evenly over the graham crackers in the pan.
7 Sprinkle the pecans over the top of the sugar mixture.
8 Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbly.
9 Allow the pan to cool slightly.
10 Break the praline bars into squares.
