Ingredients:

| 4 slices | Prosciutto, thinly sliced |

Instructions:

Cook the Pasta:
- Cook the angel hair pasta according to package directions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta, reserving a small amount of cooking water.

Prepare the Pasta:
- Return the cooked pasta to the pot.
- Toss the pasta with olive oil, salt, and freshly ground pepper to taste.

Prepare the Sauce:
- In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the finely chopped shallot and cook until tender, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the white wine and bring to a boil.
- Add the green peas and cook until tender, about 2-3 minutes.

- Stir in the thinly sliced prosciutto and grated Parmesan cheese, cooking for an additional 1 minute until the flavors meld together.
