Use an electric mixer to beat the ingredients on low speed for 1 minute, scraping the bowl constantly. Then, increase the speed to medium and beat for an additional 2 minutes, scraping the bowl occasionally.

  4. Pour Batter Over Filling: Pour the prepared batter over the pumpkin pie filling in the slow cooker, ensuring it covers the filling evenly.

  5. Cook: Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on High heat setting for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
