Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients.
- Gently gush it together with clean hands.
- Pack into a standard loaf pan.
- Spray the pan with Pam first.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour 15 minutes.
- Let it stand for 15 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy cold in sandwiches with ketchup!
