Mom’s Meatloaf 🍽️

Description: This is the meatloaf my mother and her mother made. I think it originally came from the Quaker Oats box. It is one of the ultimate comfort foods for me.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Gently gush it together with clean hands.
  3. Pack into a standard loaf pan.
  4. Spray the pan with Pam first.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour 15 minutes.
  6. Let it stand for 15 minutes before serving.
  7. Enjoy cold in sandwiches with ketchup!
