Ingredients
- 300 grams beef – thinly sliced
- 1 onion – thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic – grated
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger – grated
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Water – as needed
Salad:
- Carrot – to taste, shredded
- Cabbage – to taste, thinly sliced
- Mayonnaise – to taste
- Sauce – to taste

Prepare the Beef Marinade:
- Thinly slice the beef and place it in a bowl.
- Grate the garlic and ginger, then add them to the beef slices.
- Add the sweet soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and ground pepper to the bowl. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Let the beef marinate for about 1 hour to absorb all the flavors.

Cook the Beef Teriyaki:
- Thinly slice the onion. Set aside.
- Heat the cooking oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add half of the sliced onion and sauté until it becomes translucent and fragrant.

- Add water as needed to the pan to keep the beef moist. Cook over medium heat until the water has mostly evaporated and the beef is tender.
- Add the remaining sliced onion to the pan. Stir briefly to mix.

- In a bowl, combine the shredded carrot, sliced cabbage, mayonnaise, and your preferred sauce. Mix well.
