Ingredients
- 1/4 kg beef tenderloin
- 1 onion
- Margarine (for sautéing)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tomato, boiled, peeled, and mashed
- Ground nutmeg to taste
- Sugar and salt to taste
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- Water as needed

Prepare the Beef:
- Clean the beef tenderloin thoroughly.
- Rub the beef with salt, ground nutmeg, and black pepper.
- Pierce the beef with a fork to allow the seasonings to penetrate.
- Let the beef marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. For best results, marinate in the morning and cook in the evening.

- In a pan, melt some margarine over medium heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic until it becomes fragrant.

- Cook the beef over medium heat until it is tender and the sauce has thickened, ensuring to stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
