Ingredients:
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 2 cups cheese
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step | Description |

1 | In a stockpot, heat the olive oil and add the onions, salt, pepper, and red pepper. |

5 | Reduce the heat, cover the pot, and let it simmer for 25 minutes. |

7 | In individual serving bowls, place 1/2 cup of cheese, 2 slices of avocado, and 1/2 cup of tortilla chips. |
8 | Once the soup is ready, ladle it into the bowls over the toppings. |
9 | Garnish each bowl with a sprig of cilantro. |
