Simple Beef Teriyaki Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/2 or 1 packet Saori Teriyaki sauce
  • Water, as needed
  • Oil, for sautéing
  • Salt, to taste
  • Red bell pepper or large chili pepper, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Vegetables:

    • Slice the onion and red bell pepper (or large chili pepper) according to your preference.
  2. Heat the Oil:

    • In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the Onion:

    • Add the sliced onion to the hot oil. Stir frequently until the onion becomes fragrant and slightly golden.
  4. Cook the Beef:

    • Add the sliced beef to the pan. Pour in enough water to cover the meat. Cook until the beef is tender. If the water evaporates and the beef is still tough, add a bit more water as needed.
  5. Add Teriyaki Sauce and Vegetables:

    • Once the beef is tender, pour in the Saori Teriyaki sauce and add the sliced red bell pepper (or chili pepper). Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  6. Season to Taste:

    • Taste the dish and adjust the seasoning. If needed, add a small pinch of salt or more, according to your taste preferences.
  7. Serve:
