Stir-Fried Green Beans with Eggs and Sausages

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams green beans
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 sausages, sliced on the diagonal
  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Water, as needed
  • Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Begin by washing the green beans thoroughly and cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the sausages diagonally. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and fry the sausages until they are cooked through. Remove them from the pan and set aside.

  2. Sauté Garlic: In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed and sauté the smashed garlic until it becomes fragrant.

  3. Cook Eggs: Pour the beaten eggs into the pan with the garlic and stir quickly to scramble them until they are just cooked.

  4. Add Green Beans: Add the green beans to the pan and stir briefly. Pour in a small amount of water to help cook the beans, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and sugar to taste.

  5. Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked sausages back into the pan. Stir everything together and cook for a few more minutes until the green beans are tender but still crisp and all ingredients are well combined.

  6. Serve: Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Serve the stir-fry hot and enjoy!
