Simple Black Pepper Beef Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Thinly sliced beef (quantity as needed)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 large chili pepper
  • Soy sauce (to taste)
  • Sweet soy sauce (to taste)
  • Oyster sauce (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Salt and sugar (to taste)
  • Lemon juice (optional, for marinating)

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Beef:

    • In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef with soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a splash of lemon juice if desired. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  2. Prepare the Aromatics:

    • Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
    • Slice the onion into thin rings or pieces.
    • Slice the large chili pepper into rings, removing the seeds if you prefer less heat.
  3. Cook the Dish:

  4. Final Touches:
