  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Start by cleaning the bean sprouts and trimming off any roots. Slice the tofu into small, bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the garlic, diagonally slice the green onion, and cut the tomato into wedges, discarding the seeds. Slice the bird’s eye chilies diagonally.
