Simple Scrambled Eggs with Sausage and Carrots 😋

Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 sausages, sliced
  • 1 carrot (or half, if preferred), diced into matchsticks
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Begin by heating the cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and golden brown.

  2. Add the diced carrot to the skillet. Stir occasionally and cook until the carrot pieces are tender. This should take about 3-4 minutes.

  3. Next, add the sliced sausages to the skillet and cook until they are heated through.

  4. In a bowl, crack the eggs and beat them until well combined. Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage and carrot mixture in the skillet.
