Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 50 grams beef, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Saori teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • Water, as needed
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the beef slices with teriyaki sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic. Let the mixture marinate for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

  2. Prepare the Vegetables: Heat margarine in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until it becomes translucent and soft.
