Instructions

  3. Temper the Spices:

    • Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add asafoetida, cumin seeds, and mustard seeds. Let them cook for about 15 seconds, allowing the spices to release their aroma.
  4. Sauté the Ingredients:

    • Add the grated ginger, chopped green chilies, and turmeric powder to the pan. Cook the mixture for 1 minute, stirring occasionally to ensure the spices are evenly cooked.
