  4. Fry the Badas:

    • Heat enough ghee (for deep frying) in a kadhai or deep frying pan to submerge the dough balls.

    • After frying, immediately transfer the warm badas into the prepared sugar syrup. Let them soak in the syrup for about 30 minutes. This allows the badas to absorb the syrup, becoming soft and flavorful.

    • After 30 minutes, remove the soaked badas from the syrup and arrange them on a serving plate.
