- 1 Spring onion (bulb & greens), finely sliced
- 3 tablespoons Roasted peanuts (Moongphali), crushed
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest (optional)
For Dressing:
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
- Salt, to taste
