Instructions
- Start by peeling the kiwis, then cut them in half before slicing them into 3mm thick pieces.
- Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds and inner membranes, and slice them into julienne strips.
- Rinse the cherry tomatoes and cut each one into 4 wedges.
- Slice the chili pepper into thin rounds, having already removed the seeds.
- Place all of the prepared ingredients into a large salad bowl.
- Add the lemon juice, salt, extra virgin olive oil, and sweetcorn to the bowl.
- Gently toss all the ingredients together, ensuring an even distribution of flavors.
