Ikan Nila Kuah Bening (Clear Broth Nile Tilapia)

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams Nile Tilapia (cut into 2 pieces)
  • 3 shallots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10 green chilies (adjust to taste for spiciness)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste

  • Granulated sugar, to taste
  • 200 milliliters water
