Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds 2 black pods
Salt 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1/4 teaspoon
Fennel seeds (Saunf), roasted 2 teaspoons

For Pineapple Jal Jeera

Pineapple juice, fresh & strained (twice) 2 cups
Chilled water 1 cup
Jal Jeera Powder 2 teaspoons, or as needed
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Make the Jal Jeera Powder:
    Start by preparing the Jal Jeera Powder. In a spice grinder, add the mint powder, roasted cumin seeds, black pepper powder, citric acid crystals, asafoetida, dry ginger powder, black salt, amchur, cardamom pods, salt, sugar, and roasted fennel seeds.
