Instructions

  1. Grind the Ingredients
Start by washing the mint and coriander leaves thoroughly. Place them in a mixer grinder along with the chopped green chilli and ginger. Add a splash of water to help grind the ingredients smoothly. Blend everything into a fine paste.

  2. Mix with Yogurt
In a bowl, take the fresh curd (yogurt) and beat it until smooth. Add the ground mint-coriander paste to the curd and mix well, ensuring the chutney has a creamy consistency.

  3. Season and Adjust
Add salt to taste, mixing it thoroughly so the chutney is well-seasoned. If the chutney is too thick, you can adjust the consistency by adding a bit more water or curd as desired.

  4. Serve
Your Pudina Dahi Chutney is ready! Serve it chilled as a dip or side dish with Dahi Kebab, Chicken Tikka, or Tandoori Chicken. It can also be paired with a variety of Indian snacks and appetizers.

Tip:
For an extra zing, drizzle a little bit of oil on top just before serving. This chutney stays fresh in the refrigerator for a few hours, so you can prepare it ahead of time for your gatherings or meals.
