Instructions:

Prepare Vermicelli or Noodles:
- In a bowl, mix together cornflour and water until well combined.

- Place the cooked mixture into a colander set over a pan containing ice water.
- Press the mixture through the colander using the back of a wooden spoon, allowing the pieces to fall into the ice water and solidify.
- Keep the solidified pieces aside for 30 minutes, then strain and set aside.

- In a saucepan, heat milk and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Once the sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and chill the sweetened milk in the refrigerator until cold.

- Soak basil seeds in water for about 15 minutes, then drain and set aside.

- In serving glasses, place 2 tablespoons of soaked basil seeds followed by 2 tablespoons of prepared cornflour vermicelli or noodles.
