Ingredients:

  • 15 Strawberries
  • Few Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice (or lime juice for variation)
  • 1 cup Water
  • Honey (to taste, as a sweetener)
  • Aerated water (Soda Water), as required

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and blend them with mint leaves and lime juice (or lemon juice) using 1 cup of water. You can also try this with orange juice for a different twist.
  2. Strain the blended mixture using a strainer to remove any pulp.
  3. Add honey to a glass and pour half of the prepared juice into it. Stir well to mix the honey with the juice.
  4. Top up the glass with the remaining juice, filling the other half with club soda. Stir to combine.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a strawberry for a beautiful touch.
  6. Store any remaining juice in a bottle and refrigerate it for later use.
