Donut peaches (or nectarines) | 400g |
Lemons | 350g |
Oranges | 600g |
Sugar | 120g |
Cloves | 6 |

Instructions
-
Begin by juicing one of the lemons, then set it aside for later use. Slice the second lemon, leaving the peel intact. Cut one half of the lemon into thin slices, and dice the other half into small cubes.
-
Next, cut the second orange in the same way: halve it, then slice one half into thin rounds and dice the other half.
-
Move on to the donut peaches. Slice them in half to remove the pit, and then chop the peaches into small cubes.
-
Clean the melon by cutting off both ends. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and any fibrous bits from the center. Cut the melon into small cubes.
-
In a large mixing bowl, pour in the white wine. Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves completely.
-
Next, add the cloves and cinnamon sticks, which will infuse the sangria with aromatic warmth. Stir gently to combine.
-
Add the diced lemon, diced orange, and their sliced counterparts into the bowl with the wine mixture.
-
Add the chopped peaches, followed by the melon cubes, creating a colorful medley of fruits.
-
To give your sangria a bit of a kick, pour in the vodka, stirring gently to blend all the ingredients together.
-
Let the sangria sit for a while to allow the flavors to meld together, ideally refrigerating for at least 1–2 hours.
-
When ready to serve, pour the sangria into glasses filled with ice. Make sure each glass gets a generous portion of fruit along with the wine.
This refreshing white sangria is perfect for a summer gathering or any occasion that calls for a light, fruity drink with a spirited twist. Enjoy the vibrant mix of melon, peaches, citrus, and spices that create a beautiful and delicious drink everyone will love!
