Teflon Rolled Omelette (Telur Dadar Gulung Teflon)
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- A small amount of celery
- 1 stalk of green onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
- Finely chop the celery and green onion.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat until well mixed.
- Prepare a 20cm diameter round Teflon pan or a rectangular Teflon pan for frying the eggs.
- Add a little oil to the pan and spread it evenly with a brush.
- Pour one ladle of the egg mixture into the pan and swirl it to cover the surface evenly.
- Wait until the egg is almost cooked, then roll it up in the pan using chopsticks.
- Pour another ladle of the egg mixture into the pan and roll it up again.
- Repeat this process until all the egg mixture is used up.
- Remove the rolled omelette from the pan.
- Cut the omelette into bite-sized pieces.
