Ingredients:

  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 4 hot Italian sausages
  • 1/2 cup carrots, diced
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup dry red wine 🍷

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped

Instructions:

Step Description
1 In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. 🍳
