Grandma’s Country Soup Recipe 🍲

Description: On a cold winter day in Denmark, my Grandmother would make us a hot bowl of soup after an afternoon playing in the snow. Yummmmmmy. This comforting soup uses canned chicken broth, but my grandmother always had homemade chicken stock on hand. Plus, she used celery root instead of traditional celery stalks, adding a unique twist to the flavor profile.
