Stir-Fried Egg with Sausages and Meatballs (Orak Arik Telur Baso Sosis)
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 sausages
- 2 meatballs
- 2 red chilies
- 3 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt, to taste
- A pinch of brown sugar

- Beat the eggs until well mixed. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the eggs, stirring continuously to create a scrambled texture. Once fully cooked, set aside.
