Telor Gulung Sosis (Sausage Egg Roll)

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 sausage (approximately 2 cm in diameter)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Sausage:

    • Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
    • Fry the sausage whole, turning occasionally until it is cooked through and golden brown, approximately 2-3 minutes.
    • Remove the sausage from the pan and set it aside to cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the Egg Mixture:

    • In a bowl, beat the eggs thoroughly.
    • Season the beaten eggs with a pinch of salt and a dash of black pepper, mixing well.
  3. Cook the Eggs:

    • In the same pan, add a bit more oil if necessary, and pour in the beaten eggs, swirling the pan to spread the eggs evenly.
    • Cook over medium heat until the eggs start to set but are still slightly runny on top.
  4. Combine the Sausage and Eggs:

    • Place the cooked sausage at one end of the partially cooked eggs.
    • Gently roll the sausage in the egg mixture, creating a roll.
  5. Continue Cooking:

    • Keep the egg roll in the pan and continue cooking, gently frying the roll on all sides until the egg is fully cooked and the roll is golden brown and firm.
  6. Serve:

    • Carefully remove the egg roll from the pan and place it on a cutting board.
    • Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces, taking care to keep the roll intact.
    • Serve immediately and enjoy!
