Capcay Cah Sapi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 200 grams beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sasa seasoning (or adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
Begin by prepping your vegetables and beef. Slice the carrots and green beans, and shred the cabbage. Thinly slice the beef sirloin and mince the garlic.

  2. Sauté the Garlic:
Heat the cooking oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and golden brown, about 1 minute.

  3. Cook the Beef:
Add the sliced beef to the pan with the garlic. Stir-fry the beef until it is fully cooked and browned, about 3-4 minutes.

  4. Add the Vegetables:
Once the beef is cooked, add the carrots, green beans, and cabbage to the pan. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

  5. Season and Simmer:
Season the mixture with salt and Sasa seasoning. Add the water to the pan, which will help to cook the vegetables and create a bit of sauce. Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender yet still crisp.

  6. Serve:
Once the vegetables are cooked to your liking, remove the pan from heat. Transfer the Capcay Cah Sapi to a serving dish and serve hot.

Enjoy this delightful Capcay Cah Sapi as a delicious and nutritious main dish that’s perfect for any meal!
