Putren Tumis Daging Sapi

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams thinly sliced beef
  • 10 pieces of putren (cucumber) boiled for 10 minutes
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 stalk green onion, cut into long pieces
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • For seasoning mix: salt, chicken stock powder, sesame oil, oyster sauce, cornstarch, water
  • Marinade: soy sauce, salt, oil, chicken stock powder, cornstarch

Steps:

  1. Marinate the Beef: Combine the thinly sliced beef with the marinade ingredients—soy sauce, salt, oil, chicken stock powder, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.

  2. Prepare the Aromatics: Heat some oil in a pan. Sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant.

  3. Cook the Beef: Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry until it is cooked through and slightly browned. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

  4. Cook the Vegetables: In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed. Stir-fry the carrot slices until they are half-cooked. Add the boiled putren and green onions.

  5. Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked beef to the pan. Pour in the seasoning mix, which includes salt, chicken stock powder, sesame oil, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Stir well to combine all the ingredients and allow the sauce to thicken.

  6. Final Touches: Once everything is well mixed and the vegetables are cooked to your liking, remove from heat.

  7. Serve and Enjoy: Serve your delicious Putren Tumis Daging Sapi hot and enjoy! 😋😋😋

This dish pairs well with steamed rice and is perfect for a satisfying meal.
