Tumis Buncis Kembang Kol Tetelan Sapi

Ingredients:

  • 50 grams of green beans, washed and cut into small pieces (approximately 2 cm)
  • 1 small head of cauliflower, washed and cut into florets
  • 150 grams of beef trimmings, washed and cut into small pieces

Seasoning Ingredients:

  • 5 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  • 3 red curly chilies, diagonally sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil (for sautéing)

Steps:

  1. Heat the Cooking Oil: In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over medium heat.

  2. Sauté Aromatics: Add the thinly sliced shallots, garlic, and red curly chilies. Sauté until fragrant, ensuring the mixture doesn’t burn.

  3. Cook the Beef Trimmings: Add the beef trimmings to the pan. Stir-fry until the beef changes color and is cooked through.

  4. Add Vegetables: Add the cut green beans and cauliflower florets to the pan. Stir-fry briefly until they begin to soften.
